German Village Guest House occasions are singular affairs tailored to your vision. Create unique experiences with 60 guests mingling outside in private, upscale gardens offering an unequalled setting for your corporate or social event.
Our venue fee is $3500 per event. The fee includes rental of the three Guest House rooms for the evening (Rooms 1, 2 and 3), use of the Guest House common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen), garden, deck, patio and outdoor fireplace, use of the garage for event rental and catering staging areas, use of a public address system and support staff from the Guest House. We have a maximum occupancy of 60 people for dinner, and 75 for a reception.
You are welcome to your choice of caterer, servers, bartenders, florist, photographer, music, beverages (incl alcohol), event rentals, etc., although there are some vendors with whom we have an outstanding relationship based on their record of always exceeding expectations and are happy to recommend them to you.
You may hold the date for your event with a non-refundable deposit of $1000.
